B&E Coating Services is looking for a Field Services Sales/Estimators to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in asphalt maintenance or construction sales who enjoys meeting customers and preparing job estimates. Seasonal full and part time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site evaluations of parking lots and driveways
- Prepare and present accurate estimates for asphalt sealcoating, crack filling, and pavement maintenance
- Build relationships with new and existing customers to generate sales
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication with clients
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure job details are properly executed
Requirements:
- Experience in asphalt maintenance, sales, or estimating preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to measure and calculate job costs accurately
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
