B&E Coating Services is looking for an experienced Asphalt Maintenance Working Foreman to join our team for the upcoming season.
We specialize in asphalt sealcoating, crack filling, patching , paving and pavement maintenance, delivering top-quality service across Michigan.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise an asphalt maintenance crew on job sites
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company standards
- Operate and maintain equipment such as sealcoating rigs, crack-filling machines, and line stripers
- Train and assist crew members in asphalt maintenance techniques
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in asphalt maintenance or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends
